 RESUME

....Valentyna Royenko was born in Volyn Region, Ukraine. She has a master of Art and Design from Lviv Academy of Decorative Art. For many years Valentyna was one of the best designers in the textile industry in Ukraine. She has won many official awards and contests in textile design.
...From 1997 through 2000 Valentyna Royenko was a successful professor at Kiev National University of Culture and Art.
....Valentyna has experimented in different fields of fiber art - including silk tapestries and silk paintings. Her works have been admired in Germany, Canada, and the USA as well as in Poland, Hungary and Ukraine, where her art can be found not only in private collections but in museums as well.
....Since 2000, Valentina has been living and exhibiting in California. Today she is discovering the amazing possibilities of quilt art and felt art, and pursuing her dreams in the USA.
